Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the n0777 platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. This agreement constitutes a legally binding contract between you and n0777.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the n0777 platform and close your account. Continued use of the platform following the publication of any updated Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of those updates.

n0777 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amended terms will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically. n0777 may, but is not obligated to, notify registered players of material changes via email or on-site notification.

Eligibility & Registration

To register an account and use the n0777 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. n0777 is a strictly 21+ platform. Under no circumstances may any person under 21 years of age register, deposit funds, or place wagers on the n0777 platform.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) registering on your own behalf.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Pakistan, and a valid contact email address.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or close family member of any employee or contractor of n0777 or its affiliated game providers.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion agreement with n0777 or any other gaming platform that remains in effect at the time of registration.
• You must not have had a previous n0777 account closed for a breach of these Terms & Conditions.

Each player is permitted to hold one account only. If n0777 identifies that a player holds more than one account, all accounts associated with that player may be suspended and all bonus funds therein forfeited. n0777 may at its sole discretion permit a player to maintain one account following the closure of duplicate accounts.

n0777 reserves the right to request documentary proof of identity and age at any time. Acceptable documents include a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport, or driving licence. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your n0777 account credentials, including your login username and password. You must not disclose your credentials to any third party or permit any other person to access or use your account.

• You must use a strong, unique password for your n0777 account that is not shared with any other online service.
• Two-factor authentication (2FA) is available and strongly recommended for all n0777 accounts. Enabling 2FA is your responsibility.
• You must notify n0777 support immediately if you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised or that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• n0777 will never ask you for your full password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from n0777 that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.

n0777 shall not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials, provided that n0777 has acted in good faith in processing any instructions or transactions that appeared to originate from your account.

Deposits & Withdrawals

n0777 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, SadaPay, and USDT. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed within the n0777 account cashier and may be updated from time to time without prior notice.

5.1 Deposits

• All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. n0777 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources.
• Deposits are credited to your n0777 PKR wallet upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. n0777 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
• n0777 reserves the right to return a deposit and request an alternative payment method where anti-money laundering checks require it.

5.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. n0777 may require identity documents before processing any withdrawal.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever operationally possible.
• Processing times vary by payment method. JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 2–5 business days.
• n0777 reserves the right to withhold a withdrawal pending investigation where fraudulent activity or a breach of these Terms & Conditions is suspected.
• Bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are fully satisfied.

Bonuses & Promotions

n0777 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements attached to each offer, which will be published on the relevant promotion page. In addition to promotion-specific terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all n0777 promotions:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players only. n0777 reserves the right to determine player eligibility for any promotion at its sole discretion.
• Unless stated otherwise, bonuses must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the n0777 sportsbook and casino games are subject to the following general rules, in addition to any sport-specific or game-specific rules published within the relevant section of the platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed. n0777 does not accept cancellation requests for confirmed wagers except where expressly permitted under the relevant sport-specific rules.
• n0777 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were published in error due to a technical malfunction, human error, or data feed failure. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the player's account.
• Where a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bets will be settled in accordance with the sport-specific rules applicable to that market. In the absence of applicable sport-specific rules, n0777 will apply the most commercially reasonable settlement outcome.
• n0777 reserves the right to impose maximum bet limits on any market, game, or player at any time without prior notice. These limits may be applied at the account level or at the market level.
• Casino game outcomes are determined by independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. The published Return to Player (RTP) rates for all RNG games are accurate at the time of publication and are maintained by the respective game providers.
• Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical dealing and game mechanics at the live studio. n0777 does not control live dealer outcomes and accepts no liability for studio technical failures beyond refunding affected wagers where identifiable.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the n0777 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Fraudulent Activity: Using stolen, cloned, or unauthorised payment methods; providing false identity information; impersonating another person.
• Money Laundering: Using the n0777 platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity, or to obscure the origin of any funds.
• Match Fixing & Integrity Violations: Placing bets on any sporting event in which you have direct or indirect influence over the outcome, or in connection with any arrangement to fix or manipulate the outcome of a sporting event.
• Automated Wagering: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to place bets, navigate the platform, or manipulate game outcomes.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage, including chip-dumping in poker-format games or coordinated sports betting strategies designed to exploit n0777 systems.
• Chargebacks: Initiating payment chargebacks with your bank or mobile wallet provider after depositing funds and using those funds for wagering on n0777.
• Exploitation of Technical Errors: Knowingly exploiting software bugs, display errors, or pricing errors to place bets at odds that are clearly incorrect.
• Underage Use: Allowing or facilitating access to the n0777 platform by any person under 21 years of age.

Responsible Gaming

• Losses arising from platform downtime, technical faults, server failures, or interruptions to third-party data feeds that affect the display of betting markets or game availability.
• Losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit n0777's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

n0777 collects, processes, stores, and uses your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By accepting these Terms & Conditions, you also accept the terms of the n0777 Privacy Policy.

• n0777 collects personal data including your name, date of birth, address, contact details, payment information, and gaming activity for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, responsible gaming, and improvement of the platform.
